**Important: **If TikTok is not working, it does not necessarily mean that the VPN is disconnected. It may be related to your privacy settings.
Step 1: Check Your Network and System
Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if the connection improves.
Make sure your device’s operating system is up to date.
Step 2: Check the Plato App Version
Make sure PlatoVPN is updated to the latest version.

Step 3: Verify the VPN Connection
Look for the VPN icon or key icon at the top of your screen to confirm that the VPN is connected.
Step 4: Check Your Account Status
1. If you have already linked your email
Go to the Account section and check whether your 8-digit User ID shows an email address underneath it.
If an email address appears, your account is already linked.
2. If you have not linked an email
You can still access Premium without logging in. The Account section will show “Premium” even if you are not signed in.
However, for account security and for use on other devices, we strongly recommend linking your email.
3. If you are not sure whether your email is linked
Open the Account section and check the following:
If “Premium” is displayed and no email appears under your User ID, then your email is not linked.
Please click Login and sign in using your email and password to complete the binding process.
Step 5: Refresh the App
Fully close the PlatoVPN app and then reopen it.
After restarting the app, refresh the server list to reconnect.
Following these steps will help ensure that your PlatoVPN connection is stable and ready for all services.
